Henna Nandrajog


Henna Nandrajog graduated from the University of Reading, United Kingdom in 2013 with a Bachelor of Law (Hons). She thereafter pursued her Bar Professional Training Course at City University, London and was admitted to the Bar of England & Wales at the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London in 2014. She was then admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya on 1st July 2015.

She is actively involved in a wide range of litigation work involving complex corporate matters including company and shareholders' disputes, directors' breach of fiduciary duties and minority oppression actions. Another key focus area of her practice is family, succession, probate and administration law where she has represented many clients in contentious probate proceedings.

Her work also involves drafting various corporate and commercial contracts including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements and a broad range of business agreements.
