Khairul Bariah Binti Kharuddin

Khairul Bariah Binti Kharuddin graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Law (Hons). She was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 25th April 2009. She subsequently obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice (DSLP) from University Teknologi MARA in 2017 and was admitted and enrolled as a Syarie Counsel of Wilayah Persekutuan on 12th August 2020.

Khairul is a litigator whose practice focuses on debt recovery, insolvency and company winding up matters. She also has broad litigation experience in land and banking matters such as foreclosure proceedings, hire purchase, etc.
